Shanti Sharma. His teaching legacy extends beyond India, having nurtured students at the American Academy of Indian Classical Music.
Recognized as the MAESTRO of the Kirana Gharana, he has graced prestigious platforms such as the Sawai Gandharva Festival, Dover Lane Music Conference, Swami Haridas Sammelan, and the Radio Sangeet Sammelan. His performances on AIR, Doordarshan, and numerous classical music festivals across India have further cemented his stature.

Grandson of the legendary Sarangi maestro, LatePadmashree Ustad Shakur Khan, he was nurtured in the richtraditions of the Kirana Gharana under the guidance of his maternaluncles and Gurus—Ustad Mashkoor Ali Khan and Ustad Mubarak AliKhan.
His journey as a musician began early, earning him the title of ‘LittleUstad’ when he was invited by Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi toperform at the prestigious Sawai Gandharva Sammelan in 1993. Overthe years, he has masterfully blended the distinctive styles of UstadAbdul Karim Khan and Ustad Abdul Waheed Khan with his uniqueartistic expression, creating an exceptionally authentic and creativeexposition of ragas

Souvik started learning Kathak Dance at a very tender age at Padatik Dance Centre under the supervision of Pt. Vijai Shankarji and Smt. Chetna Jalan. Later he has learnt from Smt. Madhumita Roy and completed 7th year Post Graduation course from Padatik Dance Centre. Since last twenty years he is taking talim from the doyen of Kathak Pt. Birju Maharaj ji in several workshops and special classes in Kolkata and Delhi. Also attended several workshops of the great Gurus like Smt. Saswati Sen, Pt. Rammochan Maharaj, Sri Rajendra Gangani, Pt. Chitresh Das.

Subhajit Khush Das is a versatile Indian dancer with a contemporary outlook, actively performing and choreographing across India. Trained in Bharatanatyam under Smt. Anita Mallick and currently under Guru Rama Vaidyanathan, he also specializes in Uday Shankar Dance Style, Contemporary Jazz, and Bollywood.
A passionate instructor, he teaches dancers of all levels worldwide, focusing on technique and confidence-building. As the founder of Bandel Subhangik, he nurtures young talent while choreographing innovative performances that blend classical, folk, and modern styles.

Anwesha Bagchi is an accomplished dancer and scholar specializing in Rabindranitya, Bharatanatyam, Manipuri, Kathakali, and Raibeshe. A graduate of Sangit Bhavana, Visva-Bharati, Shantiniketan, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rabindranitya, further deepening her research and expertise in this unique dance form.
Anwesha has excelled in her academic journey, securing the highest rank in M.Mus and earning multiple scholarships, including the National Scholarship from the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. She has performed at prestigious festivals and institutions such as Manipur University, NCPA Mumbai, and Paschim Banga Rajya Sangeet Academy.

Kolkata based Actor, Theatre Director, Writer, Playwright & Scenographer. Active in Indian theatre for over four decades, has worked under renowned directors including Shyamanand Jalan, Usha Ganguli, Anmol Vellani, Rodney Marriot – enacting leading or major roles in most productions at Padatik Theatre since 1981.
Landmark roles include the lead in Ibsen’s Janta ka Shatru, Saadat Hasan Manto in Manto aur Manto, Vladimir in Godot ka Intezar Karte Huye and the recent solo act Mark Twain: Live in Bombay to mention a few.
His directorial works have toured across India and abroad and been invited for most major Indian theatre festivals including, on several occasions, at the National School of Drama’s Bharangam Festival. These include the self-written ho sakta hai do aadmi do kursiyaan & dosh as well as Atmakatha, starring Kulbhushan Kharbanda.

A distinguished figure in Bengali Group Theatre since 1980, Suranjana Dasgupta has been an integral part of over twenty theatre groups in West Bengal, including Theatre Workshop, Anya Theatre, Chetana, Purba Paschim, Rangkarmee, and Naihati Bratyajan. She has collaborated with some of the most eminent directors, such as Bibhas Chakrabarty, Soumitra Chattopadhyay, Usha Ganguly, Bratya Basu, and Suman Mukhopadhyay.
Her talent was recognized early when she received a special award from Paschimbanga Natya Akademi in 1988 for her remarkable performance in Madhav-Malanchi Koinya (Anya Theatre). Today, she is the Director and lead actor of Nirbak Abhinay Academy and continues to contribute to theatre as a guest examiner at the National School of Drama (New Delhi) and Rabindra Bharati University. She is also a key member of the Executive Committee of Natya Sodh Sanstha. She was recently honored with the Narir-Moncho Award by Nandipat and will receive the Ramaprasad Banik Memorial Recognition from Purba Paschim Theatre Group in 2025.

Sohag Sen is a revered figure in Bengali theatre and cinema, celebrated for her multifaceted contributions as an actor, director, and acting coach. Her journey began in 1969 under the mentorship of the legendary Utpal Dutt, leading to a prolific career on stage and screen. In 1983, she established her own theatre group, Ensemble Kolkata, through which she has directed numerous acclaimed productions.
Beyond her performances, Sen is esteemed as one of India's foremost acting coaches. She has conducted workshops for prominent directors such as Aparna Sen, Buddhadeb Dasgupta, and Rituparno Ghosh, and served as the casting director for Mira Nair’s The Namesake. Her expertise is sought after across various media, including films, television, and OTT platforms. Notably, she has recently done a workshop for Parambrata Chatterjee’s directorial venture Ei Raat Tomar Aamar, featuring Aparna Sen and Anjan Dutt.
